I Just Want to
Learn How to
Self-Hypnotize!
- Really? No
problem! I get
that request from many clients a lot. They want to be able to it on
their own. This recording will teach you how to get very
deep,
very quickly. The best way to go into a trance is your way.
It will also help you answer the question, "was I really
hypnotized?" And when your roommate catches you acting like
a
chicken you'll have a great excuse! (This one is still under

come and slim you down while you sleep. At least not in real
life.* What will happen is that your subconscious mind will
continue the great work that you've done throughout the day creating
the body that you want. And there might be some gnomes.
This recording will relax and help you drift off to sleep and
encourage your unconscious mind to come up with creative and healthy
ways for you to become whom you truly want to be.
