I Just Want to Learn How to Self-Hypnotize!
  • Really?  No problem!  I get that request from many clients a lot. They want to be able to it on their own.  This recording will teach you how to get very deep, very quickly.  The best way to go into a trance is your way.  It will also help you answer the question, "was I really hypnotized?"   And when your roommate catches you acting like a chicken you'll have a great excuse!  (This one is still under  construction!)

  • Okay so little gnomes are not going to come and slim you down while you sleep.  At least not in real life.*  What will happen is that your subconscious mind will continue the great work that you've done throughout the day creating the body that you want.  And there might be some gnomes.  This recording will relax and help you drift off to sleep and encourage your unconscious mind to come up with creative and healthy ways for you to become whom you truly want to be.

  • And quit smoking too!  This recording is designed to help you kick the habit that keeps you running to the 7-11 late at night after smashing your kid's piggy bank.  It's bad for you, yes, but it's often the only thing that's keeping you from smashing windshields and computer monitors.   You deserve to breathe free and easy. And hey, if whatever reason the warden puts you and your cellblock on nicotine restriction, you can tell the press, "I didn't have to riot, I'm a NON-SMOKER!"  (This one is coming soon too!)
